Building Inspector

The Town of Pelham  (population 1,400) is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Building Inspector. The inspector acts on any question relative to the mode or manner of construction as required and set forth in M.G.L. Chapter 40A, Section 7.  Qualifications: at least five years of experience in the supervision of building construction/design, or a four-year degree in a field related to construction or design, or any combination of education and experience as determined by the Board of Building Regulations Standards (BBRS).
