American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) - March 2021

Award: $392,464.67

Federal aid to respond to the public health and economic impacts of the public health emergency created by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Community Compact Best Practice Information Technology Grant - February 2021

Award: $17,500.00

Award of funds from the State's Community Compact Cabinet to support an Information Technology Review & Assessment for town.

Community Compact Best Practice Human Resources Grant - February 2021

Award: $15,000.00

Award of funds from the State's Community Compact Cabinet to support a Wage & Classification Study for town employees.

CARES Act Grant - March 2020--October 2021

Award: $106,721.05

Funding from the CARES Act Coronavirus Relief Fund (CRF) to support COVID-19 pandemic expenses incurred by the Town.

MVP Grant Round 3 - June 2020

Award: Additional $133,568

Additional funding awarded from the Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs (EOEEA) to fund the upgrade from Oil Fueled Burner to Variable Refrigerant Flow System in the Community Building at 2 South Valley Road.

Cybersecurity Awareness Grant - October 2019

Town employees have option to participate in end-user training, assessments, assignments, and threat simulations including Phishing ultimately creating a more secure Commonwealth.

Green Communities Division Grant - September 2019

Award: $170,000.00

From the Department of Energy Resources (DOER) to fund the upgrade from Oil Fueled Burner to Variable Refrigerant Flow System in the Community Building.

Green Communities Division Grant  - July 2018

Award for $31,059.00 through the Department of Energy Resources (DOER) to fund lighting upgrades in the Rhodes Building, Highway Department, and Community Building.

MVP Action Grant - June 2018

Award: $137,250.00

Grant award to help Pelham be more resilient in the face of climate change. There are three parts - Resilient Roads, Resilient Campus and Resilient Communications. Improving communications in Pelham is one of the main focuses. The Taskforce is compiling a list of skills and tools that residents may have, which may be extremely important in an emergency. Other objectives include keep building our community together, dramatically increase community engagement through communications infrastructure, get people signed up for the CodeRed alert system discuss how we could build a responsive phone tree for emergencies, utilize inclusive language when promoting events and casting the widest net in our community.
