Donation Bin to Support Your Local Community

Did you know there is a donation box in the Pelham Library/School parking lot that benefits your local community?

The Amherst Pelham Regional School District is partnering with Baystate Textiles to provide textile collection bins.

The focus of the School Box Program is to spread awareness to the problem of unwanted textiles, educate on acceptable items for textile recycling/reuse, while generating much-needed revenue for the school communities.  There is no cost to the program and Bay State Textiles handles all of the logistics to the program.

ACCEPTED ITEMS:

Footwear-boots, cleats, sandals, flip flops, heels, slippers, winter boots, pumps, work boots, sneakers

Clothing-tank tops, t-shirts, sweatshirts, sweaters, undershirts, underwear, socks, pants, slacks, skirts, jeans, dresses, coats, shorts

Accessories-purses, duffle bags, scarfs, gloves, bathrobes, ties, belts, hats, totes

Stuffed Animals-any condition 

Linens-sheets, blankets, drapes, pillows, pillowcases, towels, table linens, comforters, throw rugs, placemats
