Personnel Board

On May 3, 2003, voters at Annual Town Meeting voted to establish a Personnel Board invested with all the powers and duties specified in M.G.L. Chapter 41, Section 108C.

The purpose of the Personnel Board shall be to recommend to Town Meeting such personnel by-laws as might be necessary for the efficient operation of the Town's personnel. The Board shall administer the compensation plan and provisions of the by-laws pertaining to personnel and to determine any questions arising thereunder and to advise the Town on personnel matter.
