Fence Viewers

Fence Viewers settle disputes between landowners regarding fences along common property lines. These are rare events today, so we are prepared to provide advice on fence issues in general and to assist residents locate evidence of boundary lines and the corners of their property. In 2017 one assisted a landowner on Packardville Road locate boundary markers. Unfortunately, a fire damaged their home and completion of the work was delayed until the Spring of 2019.
